Rate

Individual: 50 min / $145 80 min / $195

Relational: 50 min / $155 80 min / $205

Family: 50 min / $160 80 min / $210

Late cancel (within 24 hours of appointment): $75 fee

No call/no show: full service fee as listed above

Guardian support phone calls with the guardian(s) of child/adolescent clients: $75 / 30 min call

I accept electronic payments in the form of credit cards, debit cards, or HSA/FSA cards. A limited number of reduced rates for those in financial hardship or with a limited budget may be available.

Insurance

I have consciously chosen private pay therapy to allow for increased confidentiality as well as flexibility in our work together.

I am out-of-network with insurance companies, however, if you would like I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Insurance may cover some or all of the cost of our time together. Contact your insurance company for more information on your out-of-network benefits. Reimbursement will depend on your insurance plan.

Superbills

If you would like a superbill to submit to insurance, please contact your policy holder ahead of time to see the reimbursement rate based on your benefits, and indicate on your intake paperwork that you would like a superbill.
