BEGIN YOUR WELLNESS JOURNEY.
What to expect
Starting therapy can be full of many unknowns. Hopefully this outline will help eliminate as much uncertainty as possible.
First Appointment
This appointment is also known as the intake assessment. Here we go discuss the business side of therapy including informed consent, what to expect in therapy, cancelation policies, as well as any additional questions you may have. The rest of the appointment we work together to better understand your history and why you’re seeking therapy.
Second Appointment
In the second appointment, we will circle back to any missing information from our last appointment and then we will discuss specific goals and expectations for our time together to ensure that you are getting the most out of therapy.
Following Appointments
Subsequent appointments will start to have a flow to them directed by you. As the client, your “job” is to show up as you are. My “job,” as the therapist, is to tailor our time together to meet your specific needs.

Our session will be
-
Personalized
Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness and creating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals.
-
Targeted
Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving mental wellness. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers.
-
Integrative
Since achieving mental wellness is more than just attending therapy, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as generational awareness, societal changes, and more.
ONLINE Appointments
Access therapy from the comfort of your home. Isabel will maintain confidential standards while providing you with the best care possible at your convenience.
And, if you’re lucky, you may get a guest appearance from Millie, Isabel’s beloved Louisiana Catahoula Leopard dog.
Millie (aka the sweetest soul on Earth)
Walk-and-talk
Walk-and-talk therapy is a unique way to connect with your body and nature while processing life’s events. Appointments are available by request and weather-permitting in Waconia, MN.
Millie will not be joining us during walk-and-talk appointments due to her own anxiety surrounding meeting new people in-person.
